The product area is Workload Automation – where we are a leader, challenging the status quo.

We are looking for a dedicated Key Account Manager (m/f/d) for the North American market, based in the Canadian office in Calgary.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • New customer acquisition / lead generation / lead qualification in the B2B area in US and Canada for a workload automation product (leader in the area of cost efficiency and product functionality)
  • Analysis of processes and needs of key accounts as well as development of sales and marketing strategies
  • Product presentation together with technical experts at the customer's site, online and/or at events and conferences
  • Close cooperation with other key account managers when approaching existing customers
  • Independently conducting and concluding quotation and contract negotiations within the framework of the agreed conditions
  • Cooperation with Workload Automation (WLA) sales partners
  • You have a degree in business administration, computer sciences, business informatics or comparable vocational training
  • Several years of experience in sales for key accounts
  • Ideally experience in the area of workload automation solutions
  • Knowledge of cloud computing, SaaS, AI, ERP, MFT, CRM, Data Pipeline, DevOps and ITSM is an advantage
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong communication and team skills, as well as confident negotiating skill
  • Entrepreneurial approach, above-average commitment and you must enjoy working with innovative technologies
